I had to switch rooms five times, yet none had proper amenities. it was outrageous to find a TV remote missing in one and another room lacking quilts! The furniture was outdated and the so-called non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke. To top it all off, there was a loud club blaring music all night, making it impossible to get any sleep. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on anyone!
